Louise Chappell ~ Owner

Louise has been in the travel industry for 27 years.  After graduating from college, majoring in Travel & Tourism, she was hired by a commuter airline in Manchester, NH.  Having worked her way up to Assistant Manager in both the reservations center and the ticket counter, she then moved on to work for Braniff Airlines in Boston.  Soon she was promoted to Station Trainer, flying across the country training agents on ticketing, check-in and company procedures.  Along the way she even got to guide in 727's on the tarmat, chock their wheels, drive the jetway to the door of the plane, greet a few people, check them in, help them with their baggage and clean the plane!

Braniff ceased operations in Boston 3 years later, and it was now time to move on. She began working as a Travel Agent in 1988.

Since then, Louise has mastered her CTA and has also completed many Destination Specialist courses as well as Cruise Line accredidations.  She operates Worldwide Travel, and feels the same enthusiasm for helping people as she did 27 years ago!
